How NDAs work on Vaulto
When you create a deal room, you can require buyers to sign an NDA before accessing confidential documents. Here's how it works:
- Seller selects which NDA template to use for their listing
- Buyers see public listing info without signing
- To access confidential documents, buyers must e-sign the NDA
- Signed NDAs are stored and timestamped for both parties
- Sellers can see who has signed and revoke access if needed
